FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How has the coronavirus crisis affected shipping times?
The ongoing crisis has caused systemic delays throughout the postal service. While most domestic orders seem to be shipping with only minimal delays, international orders have been taking between two to four weeks (and sometimes more) to arrive at their destination. Please keep this in mind when ordering from abroad.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Our French store is the hub for all European countries, our UK store is the hub for the UK only (after Brexit), and our US store is the hub for USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most other countries. Shipping fees are detailed in each product's description and depends on the weight of the products. International orders might take up to 21 days after mailing (exception for the EU orders, which might take up to 7 days)
When will my order be delivered?
Generally, domestic orders arrive within a week after they're mailed and sometimes within 3 days. International orders arrive within 21 days after they're mailed but this can vary by country, often depending on how fast they clear customs.
Why is there a delay in fulfilling my order?
Artiphany is a small artist owned company with a dedicated team of three people who do everything from fulfillment to customer support. Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them.
What if I want to add additional products to my preexisting order?

How can I best track my order?
The best thing to do is check the tracking number that you received from us upon fulfillment of your order.
Do you sell your items in stores? Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
Yes, our items are sold in several stores and museums nationwide, some even abroad. If you are interested in discussing options, please direct any wholesale inquiries to wholesale@artiphany.com or visit our "Wholesale" page.
